Contributor & Media Release

This Contributor & Media Release ("Release") applies when you submit a written statement, record a video statement, upload a photograph, or otherwise provide content to the SIREG & Simple Investor Independent Action Coalition (the "Coalition") through this website.

1. What you are agreeing to

By ticking the consent box and submitting your statement, you grant the Coalition and its organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to reproduce, publish, display, broadcast, edit for length and clarity, and otherwise use your submitted content — together with your first name, image, voice, and likeness — for the following purposes:

• public-interest reporting and the public record concerning the matters described on this website;
• publishing your story on this website (including the Investor Stories section);
• sharing with legal counsel, forensic accountants, courts, regulators and the media; and
• marketing, communications and media initiatives of the Coalition, including social media and press materials.

2. Anonymity by default

Unless you expressly agree otherwise, only your first name will be shown publicly. You are never required to give your last name, address, or any identifying detail.

3. You keep ownership; you can withdraw

You retain ownership of your content. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your statement in the investor portal or by contacting us. On withdrawal we will remove your content from this website and stop using it in future materials, except where it has already been published in a distributed format, shared with counsel, or is subject to a legal-hold obligation.

4. Accuracy and good faith

You confirm that the statement you submit is your own honest account, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not knowingly infringe anyone else's rights. Please do not include another person's confidential information, or accusations you cannot support, in your statement.

5. No compensation; no obligation

You understand that you will receive no payment for the use of your statement or likeness, and that submitting a statement does not commit you to any cost, retainer, or legal proceeding.

6. Editing

The Coalition may lightly edit written statements for length, spelling and clarity, and may excerpt video statements, provided the meaning is not materially changed. We will not fabricate statements or attribute words to you that you did not say.
